Comment by: john edser, 21-02-2011 : 04:52 The downloadable historical data on the Commsec website has been corrupt for nearly a year now! In every case zero and repeat friday trading figures occur that have to be edit out by hand. The most recent was for Sun 20th. That is not the worst of it. In up to 50% of cases all the data is date scrambled. I am a commsec client and have informed their Tech dept over a 9 month period that their data is corrupt. They have done nothing. In the latest issue re: data entry for Sunday 20th I contacted their Manager for Aust Equity Mr Carl Murchant wo simply stated, if you don't like it ..then leave... In my vain attempt to complain about Mt Murchant to Ms Yalda Li, she simple repeated the same mantra. Why does Australias best trading website provide corrupt data? Are they too mean to source their data from somebody dependable?? Exasperaterd with commsec, john |

Comment by: Daniel, 11-09-2009 : 03:39 Fine if you want to participate in a censored forum where open discussion of stocks are editedd by the admins. Why bother? Any conflict of interest on behalf of the site's owners doesn't appear to be clearly disclosed. |
